Information about the abstract and the poster

  1. Each student has to prepare an abstract (doc file) and a poster (ppt or pdf file). Deadline for sending the abstracts is 15th of June 2025. In addition, students online are required to send also their poster before the 15th of June 2025.
  2. For students participating online: each student has to send an abstract, and poster in horizontal format. Each poster will be uploaded on the classrooms online, so to be visible at any time during the poster sessions by all the participants and to be evaluated by our International Jury for the award of two Poster Prize Online.
  3. For students participating in person: each student is required to print the poster (120 cm height x 85 cm width). Their poster will be evaluated during the poster session by our International Jury for the award of two Poster Prize.

Poster session

All attending students are expected to present posters dealing with their research work. Students are requested to send their poster, a brief abstract (max 1 page), and three keywords to the Organizing Committee writing at moc.liamg@loohcsyrtsimehcneerg.

The deadline for the submission of both abstract and poster is 15th June 2025.

More details on the poster session and the awarding ceremony will be released before the start of the Summer School.

Poster format

Size:

  • For presentation in presence posters should have the size of 120 cm height x 85 cm width.
  • For presentation online posters should have a horizontal view and be sent to moc.liamg@loohcsytsimehcneerg in PDF or PPT.

Publishing opportunities

The School will provide the further opportunity of publishing the students’ poster abstracts and the teachers’ lecture ones on the Summer School final Proceedings.

Agreements are now undergoing to have the most outstanding and original contributions of both teachers and students.
