Information about the abstract and the poster.
  1. Each student has to prepare an abstract (doc file) and a poster (ppt or pdf file). Deadline for both is 16th of June 2023.
  2. For students participating online, the poster has to be horizontal (85 cm height x 120 cm width) therefore, students will not need to share their screens in virtual presentations. In virtual poster sessions (available for virtual participation), the technical assistants will be doing that for you, so that you can concentrate on your maximum 5-minute speech!
  3. The students participating in person are required to print the poster in portrait (120 cm height x 85 cm width) and also share with us the pdf or ppt until June 16, 2023.

Poster session

All attending students are expected to present posters dealing with their research work. Students are requested to send their poster, a brief abstract (max 1 page) and three keywords to the Organizing Committee writing moc.liamg@3202loohcsremmusyrtsimehcneerg  ot.

The deadline for the submission of both abstract and poster is 16th June 2023.

More details on the poster session and the awarding ceremony will be released as soon as possible before the start of the Summer School.

Poster format

Size:  all posters should have a horizontal view format and size 85 cm height x 120 cm width, both for presentation online and in presence.

The file should be a PDF or PPT.

Publishing opportunities

The School will provide the further opportunity of publishing the students’ poster abstracts and the teachers’ lecture ones on the Summer School final Proceedings.
