Poster sessions archives

 Information about the abstract and the poster.
  1. Each student has to prepare an abstract (doc file) and a poster (ppt or pdf file). Deadline for both is 18th of June 2024.
  2. For students participating online: each student has to send an abstract, a poster, and a frontal picture (passport style). Each poster will be uploaded on this website, so to be visible at any time of the school by all the participants and to be evaluated by our International Jury for the award of one Poster Prize Online.
  3. For students participating in person: each student is required to print the poster in portrait (120 cm height x 85 cm width) and also share with us the pdf or ppt until June 18, 2024. Their poster will be evaluated during the school by our International Jury for the award of two Poster Prize.

Poster session

All attending students are expected to present posters dealing with their research work. Students are requested to send their poster, a brief abstract (max 1 page), and three keywords to the Organizing Committee writing at moc.liamg@loohcsyrtsimehcneerg.

The deadline for the submission of both abstract and poster is 18th June 2024.

More details on the poster session and the awarding ceremony will be released before the start of the Summer School.

Poster format

Size:  all posters should have a horizontal view format and size 85 cm height x 120 cm width, both for presentation online and in presence.

The file should be a PDF or PPT.

Publishing opportunities

The School will provide the further opportunity of publishing the students’ poster abstracts and the teachers’ lecture ones on the Summer School final Proceedings.

Agreements are now undergoing to have the most outstanding and original contributions of both teachers and students.
